Novapet Ambalaj ve Plastik Ürünleri İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. was established as the continuation of a long-standing commercial history dating back to 1967.
The company’s foundations were laid with the establishment of Bilgin Toptan Gıda by the family elders. Brothers Servet Bilgin and Semih Bilgin—representing the family's third generation—have operated in the wholesale and retail glassware sector since 2007 under the name "Bilgin Kardeşler Servet Bilgin Şahıs Firması" (a sole proprietorship). Drawing upon approximately 45 years of experience in the glassware and packaging sectors, this family-owned business decided to expand its operations in early 2025, leveraging the wealth of knowledge and industry expertise it had accumulated. As part of this process, the sole proprietorship transitioned into a corporate entity, continuing its operations under the name Bilgin Züccaciye Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
This deep-rooted history, extensive industry experience, and third-generation entrepreneurial vision form the foundation upon which the company operates today as Novapet Ambalaj ve Plastik Ürünleri İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

Next-Generation Production Initiative
With the aim of transforming our extensive knowledge and experience in the packaging sector into manufacturing capability, we launched production operations within our group at a facility in the Altıeylül district of Balıkesir, featuring 13,000 square meters of open space and 6,500 square meters of indoor space. By making a significant investment in PET packaging production at this modern facility, we have established a high-tech, efficient, and sustainable production infrastructure.We have established a high-capacity, flexible production line at our facility—equipped with 20 new machines and 83 new molds—capable of handling a wide product range. Thanks to our modern production technology, we maintain the highest quality standards while delivering rapid, reliable solutions to meet our customers' needs.
As part of our commitment to sustainable manufacturing, we reintegrate the approximately 1.90% of production waste generated during our processes back into the production cycle by selling it to thermoforming and film-preforming companies; this practice contributes to the efficient use of natural resources and reinforces our eco-friendly approach to manufacturing.We have established a high-capacity, flexible production line at our facility—equipped with 20 new machines and 83 new molds—capable of handling a wide product range.
